| 抄録: | Information systems (IS) researchers has long been discussing about its establishment
as a reference discipline and academic contribution to foundational disciplines from the
inception of the discipline. They have employed some research approaches, including
literature review and citation analysis for the study. We employed literature review, and
find longitudinal change of positioning of IS research against other foundational disciplines.
We also conducted a citation analysis for Journal of Association for Information Systems
(JAIS) to find the trend of citation to related journals in foundational disciplines. Although
we could not find statistically significant results, we find supportive trends. |
