抄録: | Creative knowledge is vital today, because the dynamic application of organizational capability of management resources inside the firm and intra-firms influences competitive predominance. In this research, it would be examined and discussed to what extent it would be significant for the firms to share management philosophy and the vision inside the organization for knowledge creation. From the survey results of major Japanese and US automobile and information appliances firms, the relevant hypotheses on enablers of knowledge creation are empirically verified and clarified by the multiple regression analysis. In addition, knowledge creation process and international deployment of best practices are also clarified by statistical analysis and case studies of 3 major Japanese firms. From the case studies, we could find out that the main purpose of knowledge creation should increase a customer satisfaction and brand value. It is important to foster personnel training through the“Ba”using IT tool and organizational learning, to expose individual experienced knowledge, tacit knowledge and know-how toward the realization, and to increase them as an organizational knowledge. |
